MP4 YouTube

Hi

I have a complete film that I have converted to an MP4 format which is fine for uploading to Youtube.

My problem is I have lost the original clips from the original project. I now want to put another track from another project with the MP4 track, If I do this will I have to convert the whole film with the extra track as an MP4 again. I'm not sure if you can do this, and would there be a loss of quality in the first MP4 track.

I have tried to upload an MP4 to YOuTub with just another track attached but I new this was not going to work,

Hi Michael

You will have to import the mp4 back into MEP add the new track, edit as required and re-export for uload to Youtube

There may be a small loss of quality on reimporting, however by the time it is converted by Youtube you may not notice any loss - Youtube will compress the file when it is processed.
