Hi,

The activation for mpeg-4 is NOT the same as that for MEP itself so, unless you have specifically clicked through the message to activate the mp4 codec you will continue to receive the error notification.

If, however, you have already activated the mp4 codec and are still receiving the message I would:

  1. Click through and re-attempt the activation. If that fails you need to
  2. Contact support and raise a ticket at http://support.magix.com
