MPEG-4-Codec final activation?

Problem with MPEG-4-Codec activation. I bought the Codec via software and I got it but there was end the mention that I need to do something in Main Concept? What is this, because it still give the error that I need to activation of Codec, what I already done. Still it need something to do but WHAT, this was my problem and question

Did you actually purchase the main Concept codec or the HEVC codec?

The MainConcept codec is an optional extra and not necessary for the program to import/export video - MEP comes with the codecs, bar one - HEVC - necessary for the video file formats that is supports.

The HEVC codec has a fee based activation as shown below because it is a 3rd party codec with separate licensing requirements
