MPEG 4 music files

I am trying to import music from i-tunes for my slideshow (background music). I have entered the codec bought online but I can not get the program to recognize my itunes files. Please help. I am extremely frustrated with this program and am novice enough that I do not know how to proceed. HELP!

Hi Mikki5,

Unfortunately, if the music is in the iTunes format then it cannot be imported into our software. We only support music that is in MP3, WMA, WAV or OGG format. You would need to convert the music.
