Could I ask you to help me, I am already purchased the mpeg4 codec for the Movie edit Pro Premium but I cant reactivate it in my new computer. How can is?
I try to generate a new activation code for it, but it is require the order number, but i did not have this, because i get the codec within a voucher (coupon) exchange, so i did not have order number separately. How can I deal with this situation? Please help me.

I have the same problem. It worked for me for four years, and now it wants me to buy it again. I also have no Order Number. Because you've not had an answer afdter a few days, I think I'll just have to pay for it again so I can get working.

I am sorry that no-one has been able to offer a solution to your problem. I think your only option is to go to this page and create a support ticket to Magix Sales. You will need to give as many details as you can about the original purchase of the codec and ask for their help in restoring it.
