Hi

Welcome to the forum.

We need more information -

Which version of Music Maker and is it Basic, Plus or Premium do you have and is it fully registered or trial version?

What error messages - if any do you get when you try to start Music Maker?

What is the specification of your computer and is the Windows 7  32 bit or 64 bit.

John

Hi thanks for the respond,

I have windows 7, 64 bit.

I am using Music Maker 2013,beleive it's basic.

it's fully registered.

I do not get any error messages when this happens.

I go to instruments, when i click on them it plays but when try to open them (drag them to the work area),it places the sound to the work area and little window flashes (like it is going to open the instrument) but it does not and whole program shut off.

Hi skalkavan

Your program is not compatible depends if you have 64 bit installed

if you have a 64 bit so it is properly installed

if you have a 32 bit, so it is not installed correctly

I can tell you more it is only contabilita
