Music maker 17 sound pool downloads don't seem to show when done

I down loaded a styles pack that took just over 2 hours and when I clicked open, the files showed. I went to the program and attempted to find and use them. NOTHING was different. I still only had the BASIC styles that came with install. A second attempt also failed to loas this pack into the program. I will try again and hit save instead of run. Maybe then the download will be available. Any suggestions are welcome!

Sorry, I don't have an answer, but I too have this problem. I had this problem with the bonus sounds back at the beginning of January, got the problem fixed, and now I'm having it again with new sounds downloaded from elsewhere. I put the new files into the basics soundpool folder and into corresponding folders named 'choir' and 'percussion' respectively. I followed all the instructions I got last month. But the new sounds still don't show in the program. Some of them are AIFs. Does that matter?

BTW, a few of the instructions were non-intuitive, saying things like "click 'Add Styles'" when there is no 'Add Styles' button, or "Go to the 'basics' folder and click okay" when there is no okay button.
