Music Maker 2024 Ultimate - Can't download all of the bundled items

I just purchased the Music Maker 2024 Ultimate bundle. I'm new to the software, but I managed to get some of the included software in the bundle. However, there are several VST instruments and CoreFX add-ons (that are also supposed to be included) still showing up in the store as not yet purchased. Is there any way that I can download these or redeem them in the store?

Hi,

Do you see anything under the Downloads tab? Click on the Downloads button in the button bar at the top of the screen.

If your package includes a bundle, like all CoreFX, then the individual ones will still show up as for sale in the Store.
