Music Maker MX - How do I change the key level of the bass and arrangement with my properly connected and working MIDI keyboard? It's C or A and it stays that way while I need to move the arrangements between the keys.

Sorry, but I haven't got a clue what you're trying to ask here.  You need to expand and clarify the information.

Which MIDI keyboard are you using?

Are you recording audio of your own playing or MIDI information?

What do you mean by "change the level"?  The volume (velocity)?   The pitch (transpose)?  Something else?

WHAT is 'C' or 'A'?  What is, "move the arrangement between the keys"? Transpose?

Are you talking about or using the pre-recorded soundpool files?

I am using M-Audio Keystudio.

It works well and I can send MIDI and compose my own melodies in Music Maker.

The trouble is with changing the harmony using the keyboard whith a pre-recorded soundpool files.

As an example,

I have another keyboard which cannot be connected to PC easily - PSR-540 from Yamaha.

When the Style is selected and Accompaniment option is turned on - the right portion of the keyboard is used to control the melody and the left portion controls the harmony (maybe it's called the "Chord").

Am, C, Dm etc with just one change of the left hand.

So basically the Bass and Accompaniment goes with the  Chord (Harmony) when changed in real-time.

I was hoping the pre-recorded soundpools could act similar and be controlled by the keyboard because it looks like there's such functionality within the software and the available styles - there's arrangement key change with 1-7.

So I was hoping that I could conroll that with the M-Audio MIDI keyboard in real-time.

Thank you...that makes a bit more sense (sort of).

MMM is not set up to "play the soundpools" like your keyboard does. And, as you probably know, the 1-7 variations do not offer every chord variation you might want or need.

However, MMM does have a feature called Live Performer that allows you to literally "play" your arrangement using a computer or MIDI keyboard.  So, it pretty much what you're looking for, except you have to create an arrangement to play ahead of time.

(In MM-15)   View (menu) > Mix > Live performer... (K)
