MusicMaker2021--missing upgrades each time I open program

This happens anytime I close the program and reopen it the next day. The extra tracks, editing suite, soundpools, etc...its like the basic version of the program. once I log in to magix (never had the be logged in before to use features ive paid for) some of the upgrades reappear, but not all. depending on the day this slows me down for a good 30 mins before i can start working on something but sometimes like today, nothing seems to be working.

I am on wifi and keep off the web when I am not using computer. I figured that was the reason because the upgrades and newer sound pools would reappear once I was reconnected. The soundpools also double up and keep downloading but they were already downloaded. this system is driving me crazy, from the crashes and bugs and this constant slowing down of work.

1. cant i download those upgrades for good? and use offline like a normal person

2. is my wifi and disconnecting internet when not in use to blame? if so I dont remember purchasing 'online only' upgrades. I am online and the features I purchased are missing.

Music Maker needs to connect to the Internet once per month to check the licence is current.

What you are experiencing is possibly the program has not finished some housekeeping after shutdown.

Try the following with the computer connected to the Internet, start Music Maker, login to the Store and then leave the program alone and still connected to the Internet for at least 30 mins, close the program do not disconnect from the Internet for at least another 30 mins.

This should complete the 'housekeeping' and allow the program to start without being connected to the Internet.

Still not working. usually after some trouble shooting I get it working but I still cannot as of now. see screenshots...im logged in ( for hours) no upgraded features available!

I have removed the 2 images you posted - they were showing your email address. Please do not post email addresses, serial numbers, order numbers or any other information which could lead to you being spammed or potential loss of control of your product(s).

Is Music Maker activated and registered?

From the images it looks like your program is running as the free version - hence the messages you are getting.

Oh no. i was not thinking. BUT I figured it out. I had to open program settings, then 'clean up store'...it reboots the program so when I log back in, everything is back to normal. Thank you for your help!

Hi John I am having this problem again. my premium version is missing along with all effect suites. no issues with internet and Ive tried what i did last time... some feature load like multiple tracks but not much else...i'll keep trying. interestingly this is coinciding with a sale for premium version--which i already own, along with all the other extras ive paid for.
