How do you turn of the MxDownloadManger.exe. I DID A SEARCH with zero results. I always get a prompt of "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device. If I say yes it loads a list of effects even though all of them are already installed and all check boxes are grayed out - this is a real nuisance. The help file says "Following purchase, your content will be downloaded and installed. Sometimes, content may need to be installed manually, due to technical reasons. If this happens, the download manager will start and guide you through the manual installation process." Why do I need to have this prompt every time if I have installed all the effects and have not purchased anything new for 3 weeks.
