windows 10 i have the hp envy and has been working just fine when i try to open magic video premium pro all i get is code 5. I have music video's already started i need this program back up and running fast PLEASE HELP !!

First, please read https://www.magix.info/uk/forum/please-do-the-following-before-posting-your-question--621831/ and give us ALL the information requested there. Without it, we are somewhat working in the dark!
An initial very quick Google search on that error code suggests it may be an incompatibility between your current version of Windows and the version of your software, but without the necessary information requested in that linked forum post that is purely conjecture.

It only does it with your program I think i'll take my bis elsewhere if your not gonna help anymore than this.
This is a user to user forum, it is NOT Magix support. You really do need to give us the information requested in my previous post if anyone is to have any chance of helping you. Very few of those who regularly post here actually work for Magix.
To behave as you have by ignoring what you were asked is doing yourself no service and certainly making the chances of a successful resolution of your problem, with assistance from other users, very unlikely
Ultimately, it is possible that only http://support@magix.com may be able to help you.
