My Software Does not Function. I Can't Use it

I have a problem using the software for the past two years. I tried to install it on my computer several times, but I could not use it. It keeps crashing, and now I got a message that my update option has expired without using it. Help!

You only get updates for one year. Since you used the software the first time two years ago your update option has expired.

What are your current system specs and which version of Video Deluxe are you using? Maybe the problems are caused by faulty drivers or an old Windows version.
