I posted this over FOUR MONTHS AGO and have STILL not received a response. What kind of company is Magix that they can't even offer any customer support? I called the tech support line (forgot the number but area code is 305) and left a message but NO ONE called me back. How can you have a successful company when you can't even get back to your customers???
I sent my initial request for an Activation Counter reset in July 2016 and have not received any reply. I feel that 4 months is far too long to wait. Could you please reset my Activation Counter.
I had a problem with my computer and had to perform a system restore. Now I'm having problems activating my Magix software. The system restore caused me to reach my maximum number of access codes. I only had it on my desktop and laptop, just 2 computers. I need a new activation code so that I can reactivate the software which I had to reinstall on the same computer so I logged into my account to try to get a new one created and it wants the Computer ID. I have no idea what to put in this field. What do you all put in that field.
