Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

If you didn't receive an email following setting up your Magix account (if not already in existence) and registering your Trial version of Movie Edit Pro (not "movie maker") the most common reason is because you made a mistake in entering your email address to create the account.

So, you need to access your account via the main Magix web site and check the details stored there. You may need to "amend" some of those details. (If you have successfully registered you should also find a list of registered products, which includes details of your serial number.)

If you cannot access your account you need to email shop@magix.net and explain the full details of your problem.

@Joachim-Schnbeck

Hi

. . . . . once i registerd it said "a trial code will be sent to your email" . . . .

Do you mean you registered to extend the trial period from 7 days to 30 days?

If so then you may be able to retrieve the trial serial number as follows:

  1. Using a web browser, browse to magix.com

  2. Click the My Account icon top right of the home page

  3. Enter your email address and password

  4. Select My Products

You should now see all your registered products and serial numbers, and, if the program is still available, a download link.

Do note that the trial version has some restrictions:

  • not all video file formats are supported
  • some effects and functions are not available
  • export is limited to ~ 3 mins of video run time
