New blue split screen

Hi,

I have not been able to correctly apply this effect on the timeline even though I have closely followed the instructions given in help. The effect only applies to one clip leaving the other hidden. Using Chromakey it appears and from them I move it with size and position but it does not show the whole clip only part of it.

I would appreciate if someone could give me some solution.

thanks

José Robles

Hi

. . . . The effect only applies to one clip leaving the other hidden . Using Chromakey it appears . . .

The effect has to be applied to each clip individually, see this tutorial

from NewBlue, there is no need for Chromakey.

. . . . it does not show the whole clip only part of it . . . .

In this case you need to use the Picture in Picture or Collage effect in MEP. The NB Split Screen is more for creating effects as you have seen in the tutorial.

Hi John EB,

Thank you very much for answering. Unfortunately after doing exactly as you said, and following the tutorial instructions, the problem persists.

On the second image, I applied chromakey and dragged the image to the right but it was supposed to be on the right side from the very beginning.

Hope you can find a solution and let me know,

Very much appreciated,

José Robles
