@STEVE-RAIDER

Hi Steve, and welcome to the user to user forums.

Unfortunately there are no Magix staff on the forums and as @PATIENT-X has pointed out this would be a problem for NewBluefx and not Magix as such. It would be their responsibility and not Magix as under the terms and conditions clauses laid out in your contract with Magix.

I too have had a lot of problems with this program (assuming this is the freebee supplied in the past with MEP) but have personally noticed the following.

I can only use one instance of Titler 6 per project.

I need to have a copy of QuickTime on my PC to export anything from it.

It needs to be added to the exceptions folder of any antivirus program and Windows defender to be allowed to connect to the internet when in use.

It will not open on any project on my PC that exceeds either a frame rate of 30 fps or a resolution or more than 1920 x 1080.

It will sometimes lock up when trying to export anything I have done.

I say export because I can not get NBT6 to add it to a clip within MEP but can export the result as a mov. file to import back into the project.

In short, it seems to my mind to be very limited in use. Whether things have improved with version 7 I don't know,

Whether what I'm experiencing will help you or not I'm not sure.

Ray.
