New Bug in MEP 2014 Audio Cleaning window

Kami_1 wrote on 9/21/2013, 5:52 PM

I never saw this one before.  In the Audio Cleaning window, when I click on the left and right arrows to move to the next or previous object, the visual window decreases first to half, then to one quarter, then it's totally gone.

I couldn't find a link to report this bug.

I've been reporting bugs by sending a support request via the main website.

I tried that several times.  It won't let me.  It's been more than a year since I bought the previous version I used (MX18), so they won't respond to that w/o me paying for it, and this trial version isn't on the list.  Someone was kind enough to forward this problem to them.  I hope that works.

Hi Kami

I have no problem with the audio cleaning moving from one object to the next when clicking the next and previous arrow in the dialog window.

Have you tried the reset I recommended in your post about the colours?

With V2004?

I tried resetting, still get the green for the timeline background.... which was the color when I first installed and ran it.

And now, after re-checking Create Waveforms when importing videos, a number of my test videos have no waves or audio, especially with MXV and MVD files.  (I'm trying all formats.)   The audio cleaning tool doesn't detect audio in those videos.

Hi Kami,

I have no problems either in v2014 with audio cleaning moving from one object to the next. Maybe you can make us a video to show what happens.

Did you install the latest patch 13.0.1.4?
