new software will not load

can not install magix music maker 2013 studio with disk i purchased I have product key code it will load and when I try to run it I get c-6 error I am using windows 7

Did you ask about this problem with Magix support?

Note: if you did not buy magix music maker 2013 studio from Magix in that case better ask the seller about problem could be related with exe installer.
