Can someone help in regards to why am I getting, I do not have permission to publish when uploading to facebook.???Thank you I have tried to contact support but that doesn't go to well. Movie Edit Pro Plus

First, please read this post and come back with ALL the information requested there. It is something of a hassle but the information provided will help us to not have to guess certain things about your computer and software.
How are you attempting to upload to Facebook? Direct from MEP?
When you say that your attempts to contact support, presumably Magix support, have not "gone well", can you tell us what exactly you have done, and with what result?
