the fact is that I had a deluxe video and I believed the beautiful advertisement and updated it to the MoveEditPro2021 version and then this filter should have been.  Now I have the most recent version of the program, but there are no such filters.

You updated or you upgraded? Unfortunately, they are not the same thing!

The Update Service runs for 12 months from the initial date of purchase and allows the user to update the core program (MEP) with any patches or even new versions, without any extra cost. It does NOT entitle the user to also access any "bonus programs" (like the New Blue Filters) which may be offered to anyone choosing to buy an upgrade to their existing installation.

If you upgrade and so buy a new version, along with that purchase comes the opportunity to also download and install any "bonus programs" then being offered. These NewBlue Filters are a part of the Upgrade package, not of the Update Service.

To the best of my knowledge and from what I can remember.

Mainly changes to the Infusion engine to version 2 and the introduction of 8K editing. The dropping of support for Windows 7 due to changes in Windows 10 and the introduction of Direct X 12 ultimate to the operating system. Some minor bug fixes. To take advantage of all the newer features the computer system should exceed all the minimum specified specifications laid out on the specifications page of the website. Such as having a Direct X 12 compatible graphics card with many pixel shaders as an operating option for smoother playback and an internal Intel graphics chip using HD 630 graphics. Lesser systems may still work but not get the additional improvements offered by the program updates.

Understood thanks. When Movie Edit Pro version 19.0.1.23 was released, were there no promotions when upgrading from previous versions or buying new version of Movie Edit Pro version 19.0.1.23? Thank you.

It is normal not to see a promotion.

Promotions tend to be sporadic and short lived. It is worth checking the website once a month or so to see if a promotion is running. It is also worth checking the new system secs required to get the best out of a newer version of the program itself as the program grows in complexity and processing requirements increase or you may find the program that once ran well now struggles. People with older Intel processors and nvidia cards often come to the forums to see what has gone wrong with their systems only to find the program has outgrown their systems capability to run it.

Sometimes upgrading is not worth the additional plugins on offer. Even the plugins can be more demanding on a system.
