no audio with video tracks after system update....

My program updated to the latest version of Movie Edit Pro Plus....now I no longer have audio with my video using this software. I've done all of the updates, I've seen posts re Windows 10 being the issue, but surely MAGIX is aware of the issue and has a fix by now. It's only the audio with my AVCHD video, music I import works fine. Thanks for your help.
