How do I get a copy of my software from magic that I purchased as a disk and registered.? I have used this software for 7 years and reinstalled it a few times after having computer problems from my purchased disk. I did register the software with magix . Can I get another copy virtually from them ?I am the original purchaser and have only ever had this software on 1 machine . My computer . The same 1 that connected to internet to activate features after each install.. help please ?

@funghigh

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Go to your Magix account, log in, go to My Products and find the listing for your version of MEP. Download and run the installer. It is worth checking, whilst there, how many installations of the software are currently registered on your account and deactivating any that you no longer need or use.

Two important caveats: you've not told us which version and variant of MEP you currently have - if it is particularly "old" the installer may not be available any longer. If you have a more recent version and have not renewed your Update Service you are likely to find that you cannot update the installation beyond the initial release of your version of MEP.
