@G-R Have you entered the exact same e-mail address you used to register Movie Studio 2023 in the past? If you never registered it, you can enter the serial number in the Registration section to add the installer to your account.

You can also download the installer from here https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/product-downloads/ if you have the serial number. But the program can't be activated if you don't know the correct e-mail address.

Thank you. I was using the exact same email. The problem might have been that the Movie Studio 2023 installation was an upgrade from a previous version. However Using the link in your message I have now succeded in downloading and installing on my new PC.😀

So I have 14 platnuim and want to download it on my new computer. I have the serial number but its not in my products in my account, only 13. I keep telling support this but its like talking to a fence post. They can't understand. I tried to manually register the 14 and then download but when I try, its says its already registered so I am stuck. Any help?

@Chad-McCartney You either have made a typo in your e-mail address previously or you used another e-mail address and don't remember it. You cannot get it working without the correct e-mail address. Support is sadly very hard to reach, I was only able to solve my support request after three months(!). Try additionally contacting infoservice@magix.net

Support needs to manually merge both accounts.
