No registration number after buying soundforge 18

I used the trial version then
I bought soundforge 18 with the cd

I have not recieved my registration number or cd
in the usa, ohio

@buddy-w Where did you buy the software from?

If you bought it from the Magix.com online store, you should have gotten an order confirmation email to your email address with all serial numbers and download links. Please check your email inbox and spam folder.

I bought it from magix, I have chrome history of all the links I clicked on and I have the bank statement with www.magix.com and they charged me $1.10 for conversion
I bought the program and cd of sound forge 18
