Hi

What is the free disc space on your hard drives/ssd's?

How long is the project on the time line ?

Hi

Thanks for the image of your drives, however it does raise more questions on those drives:-

  1. total space and free space on the c: drive ?

  2. which of the other drives are internal or external and how connected ie USB or eSATA ?

    and/or

  3. which of the several drives, if any, are partitions on a larger single drive ?

  4. which drive is the Windows Temp folder located on ?

  5. which drive is the Windows paging file located on ?

@Joshua-Stanley

You have still not told us the answer to the core question which both @johnebaker and I have asked. As John wrote:

total space and free space on the c: drive ?

The answers to his other questions would also prove very helpful.

Hi

. . . . windows and magix are installed it use to work why suddenly does it not i dont understand . . . .

We need more information:

  1. What changed on the computer between working and not working?

  2. Is there a reason for the somewhat unusual drive configuration ie the spanned drive Q: between a SSD and HDD?

  3. What are the source video file format and resolution of the project and the total length of the movie on the timeline that will not export ?

  4. How often does the VSS backup run?

The video format is mp4 clips from a gopro att 1920x1440 i think 60 frames per sec the spanned is just how the partition set up when i started seperating program files from the c drive as an incase nothing changed on the computer i made a video a month ago then when i tried to connect my clips like i always do(no effects) the movie edit pro wont finish the export all i did was update Mep so what has mep changed to not work on my system

Hi

. . . . the spanned is just how the partition set up when i started seperating program files from the c drive. . . . all i did was update Mep . . . .

This would lead me to suspect that separating the program files from the c: to a spanned drive has caused an issue with the update.

You can try re-installing MEP following this procedure, however there is no guarantee that this will work due to the unusual drive setup and is done at your own risk.

You can download the installer, prior to carrying out the re-install, from magix.com - click the My Account icon top right of the home page and login with your email address and password used to register the program, select My products and you will be presented with a list of your registered products, with serial numbers and an installation download link.

Joshua-Stanley wrote on 6/27/2019, 1:26 PM

I uninstalled and re installed onto the Q:/ and it does it on that drive also so i dunno what to do here I paid for a program that i cant use when it use to work flawlessly

@Joshua-Stanley

When you uninstalled MEP did you follow exactly the procedure in this tutorial? Although written to assist with problems following a Win 10 upgrade it is also wholly applicable to your situation.
