No Serial number sent

Hi

I've just purchased Movie Studio 2022, it was delivered in a wallet (not a box) in the wallet was a 'Voucher-Code' which I entered online along with my email address. There was a message saying my serial number would be emailed but this hasn't happend. My email address is correct and I have checked my junk mail etc. I tried the 'voucher-code' when installing the software just incase this was the serial number but it isn't. There are no other numbers with the packaging.

Is there any way to actually contact Magix support?
Every link I try on their site sends me in a loop to the FAQ list or ends in a 500 or 404 error.

Update; So far I have emailed:

Sales@magix.net, infoservice@magix.net (twice) and presse@magix.net. No response from any of them.

I also tried phoning the only number I could find which is a german number which ends with a recorded message in german saying that there's no-one there and to go to the website .

This is starting to feel increasinly pointless. Have Magix gone out of buisness?

Hi

No Magix have not gone out of business, there does appear to have been a server issue earlier today.

Emails may take 2 -3 days before you get an answer, and there is not telphone support - it is by a ticketing system.

Assuming you have redeemed the voucher code at https://magix.com/redeem, login to your account at magix.com again, select My Products and see if Movie Studio is registered there and the serial number.
