Non-commercial, Commercial (Royalty Free) download limit reached

I tried to download Ambient - Sleep on wave files but it said download limot reached. I was downloading other files at the same time.

@Aidan-Campbell Please contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them to reset the download counter. And don't use download managers if they start the download several times.
