Non-existent Customer Service

What am I getting for my 356 subscription?? Nothing. Customer service is non -existent. What is the problem here?? Can't get through to them on the phones, and they take three weeks or never from emails. Lousy.

I would never bother with phone support these days. Most answers require a URL visit anyway. Also, with email support, you have a record of what was said by both parties.

If you did send Magix a support request via email or their support page, make sure you check your spam folder.

That being said, my very recent experience with Magix's online support have been very quick.
