NOT ABLE TO OPEN MOV FILES

I just upgraded to the new MEP and I am not able to open 4K mov files.

What's strange is that I am able to open the files in my MEP 2014 version software.

I already installed the Quicktime Alternative codec and it didn't help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You need to install Quicktime. The Alternative is for playback only within Media Player Classic and web browsers.
