I just downloaded the software cause the cd was not working it keeps saying error57 so i loctreated an account and downloaded the software but it is not loading it flashes to come to instaallation page but it doesnt please advise me were i should get the softwaare from i have a 2017 version plus edition.

This means the program cannot connect to the registration servers - this may have been your Anitvirus blocking the program from running correctly.
Antivirus products that have Ransomware/Folder protection functions eg Windows Defender, Avast, AVG etc. have been known to do this.
You may need to add exceptions for Music Maker run properly, how you do this depends on the Antivirus program.
