not open program

I have the magic sound forge studio version 10 with license and now it do not open it

When i try , they said me it have new securiyes to accepy

i say yes

it open a page which say

do you permit that aplicaion do changin the program

I say yes but nothing is h<appening and opne or change npthing

@Patrice-Schmitz My guess is that this is caused by the elevated privileges problem of older Sound Forge versions running in modern Windows 10/11.
