For several weeks I’ve had a problem. ACID Pro 11 won’t start. The following message appears:

Problem Description
   Application Name:    ACID Pro 11.0
Application Version: Version 11.0.2 (Build 21)
   Problem:             Unmanaged Exception (0xc0000005)
   Fault Module:        C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll
   Fault Address:       0x00007FFB9E65C1FE
   Fault Offset:        0x000000000001C1FE

Fault Process Details
   Process Path:        C:\Program Files\ACID\ACID Pro 11.0\acidpro.exe
Process Version:     Version 11.0.2 (Build 21)
   Process Description: ACID Pro 11.0
Process Image Date:  2022-12-14 (Wed Dec 14) 09:28:20

I’d like to point out right away that I’ve tested the RAM, uninstalled and reinstalled ACID, and tried all the ntdll.dll repair methods I could find online. Please help.

@Szymon-Barabach You can reset the Acid program settings by holding CTRL and SHIFT on your computer keyboard and then starting Acid. Keep holding the keys until a small window appears and asks you to reset the settings

Generally, a crash in ntdll points to driver problems. Some users here have reported problems with the Magix Low Latency ASIO driver which is an old version of ASIO4ALL. I don't know if Acid Pro 11 installs this driver, but if this was the case and if you want to uninstall Magix Low Latency you can click on the Windows start button in Windows Taskbar and type regedit. Then click on the Regedit app.

Then navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > ASIO > Magix Low Latency 2016:

Now, simply right click the Magix Low Latency 2016 folder, and delete it.

Then restart your computer. Please select the Restart option and not the Shut down option.

I hope this helps. If you have trouble deleting the folder, try starting Regedit as administrator via the right click option.

Thank you for your response, however none of these solutions helped.
