While trying to burn to a dvd a get the following error message:

Error in module "ntdll.dll" load address 0x77450000 to address 0x7747dfe4 Exception 0xc0000005 "ACCESS_VIOLATION"

How do I fix this?  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program to no success and I'm out of ideas.  would appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi

Are you using a NVidia graphics card - if so then see the problem is graphic card driver related

Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 is the only graphics card I show if I'm looking at this correctly under Display Adapters in Device Manager.
