ntdll.dll error & Error code -14

I bought a Vegas Pro 18 online last September 7th. An ntdll.dll error occurred while rendering the video. I downloaded the program anew and installed it. This time, error code -14 appears. How can I solve this problem? FYI, I've disabled all existing installations.

product name and version number: VEGAS_Pro_18.0.0.482_DE-EN-FR-ES_81BD7784
hardware: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10500 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz 8.00GB RAM
