OBS recording's audio not splitting into mic and system sounds tracks

How do I do this? In the tutorial videos other video editing software automatically separate the audio into the microphone and video game audio tracks. In Magix Movie Edit Pro though I've to duplicate the recording and then change File 1's audio to "Track 1" and File 2's audio to "Track 2." This is a time-inefficient approach and makes me hit a brickwall whenever my recordings reach 60 GB and above. :(

How do you separate the audio tracks (microphone and video game audio tracks) from a single file?

I'm using Movie Edit Pro 2015 Plus.

Thanks!
