OLD MOVIE EFFEKTS

Hi!
I need help.
I have to make the effect of the old movie but somehow I do not see such effect. It is EFFECTS - MOVIE LOOKS - 16 mm but locked and can not edit it (a lot of grain). I have a VPX with 06.2017 with additions HitFilm and NewBlue V3 and V4.
Do you need to buy a plug?

Potrzebuję pomocy.
Muszę zrobić efekt starego kina ale jakoś nie widzę takiego efektu.Jest EFFECTS - MOVIE LOOKS - 16 mm,ale zablokowany i nie można go edytować (dużo ziarna). Posiadam VPX z 06.2017 z dodatkami HitFilm i NewBlue V3 i V4.
Czy trzeba dokupić jakąś wtyczkę?
Z góry dziękuję za pomoc.

Do you mean this one?

If you have it, make sure that you select the object to apply it to first. It gets applied to objects, not a track.

Did you go to Help, Install extra content, then on the window that pops up click on Download extra content?

I did exactly that, but unfortunately the .mix and .alpha files that are shown are not editable. The single loop file pos.mix has a lot of grain, and I want to eliminate it.

You've probably got used to me, I'm writing from a google translator and in Polish, but I'm hoping that there are some VPX users in Poland (and I know they are) and maybe also something to advise. well we understand

Dokładnie tak robiłem,ale niestety pliki typu.mix oraz .alpha które się pokazują nie dają się edytować.W pliku single loop pos.mix jest dużo ziarna,a to chcę zlikwidować.
Extra content mam zainstalowany,ale tu chyba się nic nie zmienia w zawartości.
Już chyba się przyzwycziłeś do mnie,że piszę z tłumacza google i po polsku,ale liczę na to,że w Polsce jest trochę użytkowników VPX ( a wiem że są ) no i może też coś doradzą.Mam nadzieję,że nikomu to nie przeszkadza i dobrze że się rozumiemy.

Hi Tomek,

The 2 files that you mention are pre-recorded video files which, of course, cannot be modified but they can be given effects:

16mm_look.mxv
16mm_look_vignette.mxv - this is the alpha file

found in the folder: C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Video Pro X\8\VideoEffects\MovieLooks

Applying the effect adds many effects to your video. Click on your video and go to Effects, brightness/contrast and look at the effects; there are many. Change the effects to get the look that you want. As well, you can Ungroup the elements on the timeline and play with effects on the 16mm_look file. The 16mm_look.mxv file is just an animation of random white splotches on a black background.
