I apologise for this, but I find you post very confusing! It seems you have reinstalled Win10 and, as a result, have lost all your apps. This is to be expected if this was a "Clean Install".

However, you then write, I have a It has me of a trial count down... can't find the email.. with the need serial number. Please give us a lot more detail; exactly which Magix program are you using? You've chosen MEP as your product, is that what you have? Where does the trial count down come into it? I assume the email is the one which you received when you purchased the app and were sent the serial number?

Assuming the app was previously installed and registered on your computer, if you go to your Magix account, log and go to My Products, you should find both the installer and the serial key for your program.
