I have got the Magic Music Maker 2013 program, few weeks ego. On-screen keyboard doesn't sound. How can I run it? The upper part of the program, works properly. In the help menu and in the PDF Manuel, there is not any information about that.
Is it possible to have the program CD for downloading again properly?
Please give me instructions about that problem.

When you press a key on the "piano", does it deflect and can yu see the entry change on the upper part of the program ?
You might want to run the Repair program and see if that helps...its helped me lots of times. If yu do have the hardcopy CD, do a reload. Let me know how you are doing and if the issue gets fixed. Good luck

Memo......go to yur Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and find MM2013. Process will ask if you want to remov e program,,,,you click romove and another window SHOULD pop up and give yu a repair option...you click on Rpair and the program takes it from there ...just follow the prompts...after thr Repair is finished, tyr your keyboard, if still no sound, check your settings, as the onboard keyboard, if initiallized should make 'music'...good luck llemme know
