ONE video isn't rendering

Hello,
I've been experiencing problem when rendering one specifc video, it stops at 23% and doesn't matter what I do, what I change or delete, it never works.
I tried contact the support and they saw the file and there wasn't any problem with videos in it, but then they just disappeared. I need to have this video edited and don't know what else to do.
The video isn't long (3 min), the files are in mp4 and I didn't put any strange effects. I don't understand why this only happens with this video, because I can render others fine.

This is what support asked me and then never answered:

We would really need to know some information about the source video

Here is what I would try.

With a third party video conversion program, convert the source video to another format (or a similar format) and then reimport it.

Is it possible that the source video is a variable bitrate and t needs to be converted to a constant bitrate.

When you say “and doesn't matter what I do, what I change or delete, it never works.” , does that include turning off effects?

Have you updated for graphics drivers?

@MariaEduarda If it's urgent, try exporting to AVI. In Advanced, use the Microsoft Video 1 codec. It renders at 900mb per minute but 3min will be OK.

After it's (hopefully) exported, bring that AVI back into MEP and then export as your MP4.

All my forum comments are based on or refer to my System 1.

My struggle is over! I built my (now) system 2 in 2011 when DV was king and MPEG 2 was just coming onto the scene and I needed a more powerful system to cope. Since then we've advanced to MP4 and to bigger and bigger resolutions. I was really suffering, not so much in editing (with proxies) but in encoding, which just took ages. A video, with Neat Video noise reduction applied, would encode at 12% of film speed. My new system 1 does the same job at 160% of film speed. Marvellous. I'm keeping my old system as a capture station for analogue video tapes and DV.
