Only get 1% of dvd on burning

I've just downloaded a video onto the programme - no fuss. However when I try to burn the project (length 2724MB) I only get 22MB of data! 3 discs down and I'm getting annoyed. There are no effects being used or tabs/markers only start and end.

Do you get any error messages? How fast are you burning? I'd recommend contacting tech support so they can figure out whether it's an encoding or a burning problem:
