Just a thought, maybe if you calmed down a little and stopped being so agressive you might get a better response to your question.

Have you thought that perhaps you are not being very complete or specific in really describing the problem.  So what does happen when you drag a new instrument into the project?  What happens if you try to create a new projcet.  Simply saying what does not happen does not really help with providing an answer.  You really need to think about and describe what you are doing and what happens when you try to do something specific like add an instrument to your project.
