Out of Memory message

After ACID 10 upgrade the record button will not activate; errors out with Out of Memory message. The machine was just formatted. plenty of memory. No other apps are open.

@BroncoDave Low memory means RAM not hard disk memory. How much RAM is free on your computer while recording?
