Paid for and activated but won't play anything and always "preloading"

I can't seem to play anything smoothly. The Magix Demo plays and some older 1080 things i tried, but anything newer doesn't play. The sound is start and stop and there's no picture and everything goes through a long "preloading" before anything happens. If i have to see that every time I stop and start a video I'm not going to be able to do much. I have an older version of Movie Edit Pro MX and that seems to work although some of the windows are not opening fully. So what do I need to get this newest version to work? I paid for the Online version, where's my value? How can I get my money back? Ted
