Did you check if the email ended up in the spam folder or was blocked for being spam or from an unknown contact?

Maybe there is a contact form on the website to leave a question or comment? They will probably want to see a proof of payment, or at least know your credit card number or bank account number from which you paid.

I never needed to call them so I have no experience with telephone support. Good luck.
