Hi

HEIC is not a supported format. The images need to be convverted to a supported format eg JPG.

The iPhone should have an app already installed or available from the Apple store for the conversion and possible colour correction.

Alternative an image converter, or an image editor that can import HEIC and batch convert, eg GIMP ,on your PC will do the same conversion.
