No problem at all. MEP can incorporate still images anywhere and has lots of option for picture-in-picture overlays, collages, and all sort of dynamic pans an zoom effects. Best you download the trial version and see for yourself!
I think most users here would recommend at least the 'Plus' version with its extra features. The 'Premium' one come with extra programs as well
