photostory assistant not finding photos

I just finished making a photostory and then restarted to make a second and now when i load up the assistant I don't get the page that says "my computer" I just get a page saying "this folder is empty"

anyone know how to get it to load the correct first page so I can locate the correct folder with my files.

Hi

What I do not see in the image you have posted is the breadcrumb, indicated below, which shows where the folder you are looking at is.

Try restarting your computer - Windows button, Power button, Restart then try again.

Ya, I know the path is missing that's like the problem... I did restart the computer... more than once.

I ended up finding a setting that reset everything to default and that kicked it back into the right folder... though its now asking me to do the updates again.... so I really don't know what happened.

I have the same problem but could not resolve it with reboot.

I started the assistant 2 times successfully but failed at the third time - I worked without changing the program!

ya, I haven't found a real fix, it has done it to me a few times now and this semi solution is all i have found. its a little annoying.
