Downloaded Trial Version but would not open - trial period expired. This is a new version since I trialled last. Absolutely useless trying to find anything on this site. I have M. Studio 17 which is also playing up but cannot get any support in this maze.

Trial versions often leave a small cookie or similar behind even when the program is uninstalled so no other trial can be run for a set period which can be for a year or more. They can be difficult to track down and disable.
I also run Vegas Studio 16 and my copy is running just fine. It may be worth checking your drive for faults or going to the appropriate websites for updated drivers for any graphics cards you may have. Never rely on Windows to update drivers to the latest versions. Strictly speaking if you have problems with Vegas Studio 17 you should use their forum at vegascreatives.
