Hi

I assume this is a netbook or laptop - unfortunately it does not have enough power to run MEP 2015 preview playback smoothly - see the minimum and recommended specifications at the bottom of the page here

You can try turning Automatically create proxy files in the Projects settings and change the preview monitor settings to lower resolution by right clicking the lightning symbol bottom right of the preview monitor pane.

I cheked it out. It is on reduced resolution already and on the reduced frame. You mean I have to purchase premium  edit pro? I have purchased this product around 3 weeks ago. What do you suggest? Can I change it or what do I have to do? yes, it is laptop.

If it was desktop, could I use it?

If I can not use my product what do I have to do?

Thank you in advance.

Hi

You did not mention which version of MEP ie whether it is Basic, Plus or Premium.

MEP 2015  can be installed on a second computer, however registering the second installation wiil deactivate the laptop install.  After this you can swap which computer you use once per month,  each time you do this the other computer is deregistered.

. . . . You mean I have to purchase premium  edit pro? . . . .

Not necessarily, if you have the Basic version, you may find that there are some options, eg codecs, templates etc,  which you will have to purchase.

Do note though that the minimum specs, I pointed you to, should be considered as the absolute minimum specification of the computer to run the software.  If you are edtting HD video then you do need a computer with much more power for good performance.
